Please check out this great UK campaign to promote physical activity with women and girls. Though I'm not a big fan of running as exercise, I sincerely believe it's important that we encourage, and empower everyone to be physically active.

Kevin Swantek is a 37 year old Washington native, who has lived in Seattle for nearly 15 years.

Kevin has a passion for walking, and exploring on foot.

Kevin is also studying with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, to become a certified Health Coach, graduating in September 2014.
